Dr. Bruce F Paterson MD is a Board Certified (and recertified) allergist, immunologist, and asthma specialist who has served the community in Concord and Walnut Creek for the past 28 years. Our practice strives for an individualized approach to patient care by providing personal service with a balance of state-of-the-art methods coupled with tried-and-true techniques.

This spring has been especially intense as our late rains provided enough moisture for the grasses, weeds, and trees to produce very large amounts of troublesome pollens that find their way into our eyes, noses, throats, and lungs. With all the spring activities: baseball, soccer, graduations, weddings, etc, people want to feel their best outdoors, and we help them accomplish this goal with caring staff, comfortable surroundings, and convenient office hours including Saturdays.

As a solo physician with a compassionate staff, we offer a different, personal experience that focuses on prevention.

Our goal is to allow people with allergies and asthma to live as normal a life as possible. This includes control of symptoms as well as long and short term management of therapy.

We feel it is important to develop personal relationships with patients over time and we treat each patient as a unique individual. Patient education is a priority as knowledge allows patients to better understand their conditions and therapy choices.

The Advanced Allergy and Asthma Care Center provides state-of-the-art allergy testing and treatment not generally available to primary care physicians.
